VEGETABLES Vocabulary - Chain GAME

This vocabulary game consists of:

-Instructions sheet

-28 cards with 28 different vegetable to play this chain game.

HOW TO PLAY:

The players sit in a circle. The player who is holding the deck of cards starts by reading the first one: “I went to the greenocer’s and bought…” They look at the picture and finish the sentence.

Then he gives the deck of cards to the player sitting on his left. The player sitting on the left says “I went to the greengrocer’s and bought….” He finishes the sentence saying what the previous player bought and adds his own card.

Example:

FIRST PLAYER: I went to the greengrocer’s and bought some carrots.

NEXT PLAYER: I went to the greengrocer’s and bought some carrots and some onions.

NEXT PLAYER: I went to the greengrocer’s and bought carrots, onions and spinach.

And so the game goes on.
